Hello. It's great that you're here to explore my passion: illustrations and the visualization of emotions or ideas, where I always strive to simplify reality. My personal signature is the addition of a touch of humor or a wink. That's how I approach life. This is how I go from idea to visualization, and I enjoy sharing my clients' thoughts on this journey.

I also give shape to things that don't yet exist. Think of fantasy plants/animals or situations that are impossible to photograph because they are in the future or simply don't exist.

For me, it's a challenge to get as close as possible to the client's mind. To visualize their ideas and, where possible, take them a step further. Preferably in such a way that the final result is a beautiful illustration, to the client's satisfaction.

I'm goal-oriented, create well-substantiated illustrations, and I'm incredibly passionate about my work. I also appreciate quick thinking and short lines of communication.

After studying Illustration (Utrecht), where I graduated Summa Cum Laude, I worked for 5 years as an illustrator/graphic designer and Art director in advertising.

I'm happy to apply this experience to every new illustration project. It's important that an illustration communicates, is persuasive, or sets a tone so that it ultimately resonates with the client or reader. The idea is just as important as the form.

My drawing style is versatile, ranging from very simple line drawings to highly complex artwork. I always consider what best suits the specific objective.
